Activation, expiry, and room retention
Choose Afdian or Patreon in BeamLink and complete payment. Confirmed payments sync to the connected BeamLink account. Afdian purchases last 31 days and do not renew automatically. Patreon subscriptions renew monthly; manage or cancel them on Patreon. Cancelling keeps the paid benefits until their expiry date. Promotional time is recorded separately. View your benefits and expiry date in the app.
Room lifetime starts when the room is created. The room closes when that period ends. Basic multiplayer stays free forever, and you can create another room. When membership expires, the account returns to Free. Existing rooms keep their scheduled close time; new rooms use the current tier.
Sign-up and invitation rewards
New users receive one day of Supporter after verifying their email. A paid member who invites a new user receives seven extra days; the invited user receives three days at the same tier. Each member can invite up to five people. The invitation offer is ongoing. The two new-user trials do not stack, and trial members cannot earn the paid-member invitation reward.
Active vehicle limits count the vehicles you have in the same room at once.View the offer
Login rewards
Your first sign-in each day counts. Reach 3 login days to receive one day of Supporter, and 7 login days to receive two more days. Missed days keep your progress. Each reward is earned once.
View progress and reward status in the app’s Membership page. Gifted Supporter time starts after any active membership of the same or a higher tier.
Refunds and disputes
For duplicate charges or an incorrect amount or tier, contact support with the Afdian order or Patreon subscription details. Refunds are processed through the payment provider. After a refund or chargeback is confirmed, the associated unused benefits are revoked.
If BeamLink cannot provide the agreed service, you can ask support to fulfill the order, fix the issue, or refund the undelivered portion. Other refund requests are reviewed based on service use, digital delivery status, and applicable law. These terms do not limit consumer rights provided by law.
