We collect only the information needed to provide multiplayer.

Information we process

• Account ID, username, display name, device installation ID, and sign-in state.
• Rooms, members, connection addresses and quality, and file fingerprints needed to identify a room's mods. Mod contents are not used for unrelated purposes.
• Race results. Public leaderboards show the display name used when the result was recorded, the track, the best valid lap, and the record date.
• Support reports, moderation reports, and necessary runtime logs that you submit.
• Membership-link status, Afdian and Patreon account identifiers, order or subscription identifiers, tier, amount, payment and expiry dates, and benefit records. Identifiers shown to users are partially masked. Patreon account linking requests identity access and confirms membership through the creator account. User login tokens are used for the link and are not kept in membership records; creator credentials stay in private server configuration. The client does not store payment-provider keys or card information.

Why we process it

We use this information to sign you in, establish and restore multiplayer rooms, prepare mods, confirm membership benefits, prevent abuse, resolve faults, and handle refund disputes. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles unrelated to BeamLink.

Retention and protection

We keep data only for as long as needed to provide these features. Temporary sign-in information is cleared regularly; room information is cleared after a room expires; order, benefit, and security records are retained for financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and security needs. Public pages and regular accounts cannot access administrative data or full order details.

Your rights

You can request access, correct your display information, unlink connections you no longer need, delete data that can legally be deleted, or close your account. If records must be retained to meet legal duties, handle disputes, or protect platform security, we will explain why and for how long.
